When you write in, a few details let us resolve things on the first reply. If your message is about an existing purchase, please include your order number and the email used at checkout. For product or documentation requests, tell us the specific peptide and, where relevant, the batch shown on your vial or packing slip. The more precise the reference, the quicker we can pull the right records.
