This is the core compliance page for Peptide Labs. Please read it in full before ordering. By purchasing from this site you agree to the terms below, which apply to every product we sell.

For research use only

All peptides and reagents offered by Peptide Labs are supplied strictly for laboratory research use only. They are intended solely for in-vitro and preclinical research conducted by qualified professionals in an appropriate laboratory setting. Our products are lyophilized research chemicals, each batch third-party tested with a Certificate of Analysis (COA), and are sold as reagents, not as finished goods of any other kind.

Not for human or animal use

Peptide Labs products are NOT for human consumption and are not drugs, foods, supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Specifically, our products must not be used for:

• Human ingestion, injection, inhalation, or any form of human administration;
• Veterinary or animal treatment outside of properly authorized preclinical research;
• Food, beverage, dietary supplement, or cosmetic applications;
• Any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic purpose.

Peptide Labs makes no medical, health, dosing, or performance claims of any kind, and no statement on this site should be read as such.

Buyer qualification and age

By ordering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are a qualified researcher or are purchasing on behalf of a qualified research institution or business, and that you have the training and facilities to handle research chemicals safely. You further confirm that you are placing the order for legitimate research purposes only.

Buyer responsibility and compliance with law

You are solely responsible for the lawful handling, use, storage, and disposal of any product purchased from Peptide Labs. It is your responsibility to know and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations that govern the purchase, possession, and use of research chemicals in your jurisdiction. If a product is restricted where you are, do not order it. Peptide Labs is not responsible for any use of its products that violates the law or these terms.

Handling responsibility

Research chemicals must be handled only by trained personnel using appropriate personal protective equipment and laboratory controls. You are responsible for reviewing safe-handling information, reconstituting materials correctly (see our reconstitution guide), and storing them properly (see storage and handling). Peptide Labs is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from improper handling or from any use inconsistent with the research-use-only purpose stated here.

No resale for prohibited uses

You agree not to resell, relabel, or redistribute our products for human use, or in any manner that misrepresents them as anything other than research reagents.

Acknowledgement

By completing a purchase you acknowledge and agree: “These products are for research use only and are not for human consumption.” If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not purchase from Peptide Labs.
