These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of peptide.ntlofnyc.co and any purchase from Peptide Labs (“we,” “us”). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Use of the site

You may use this site only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it in an unauthorized way, or use its content except as permitted here. Product information is provided to help qualified researchers evaluate reagents and is offered in good faith without warranty of completeness.

Research-use acknowledgement

All products are supplied for laboratory research use only and are not for human consumption. This acknowledgement is a condition of every sale and is described in full on our Research Use Only page, which is incorporated into these Terms. You confirm you are a qualified adult purchasing for legitimate research and that you will comply with all applicable laws.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is not accepted until we confirm it and, because we use offline payment, until payment has cleared. Orders remain in a pending payment state until funds are confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues, or where a sale would be unlawful. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund it.

Offline payment terms

We accept cryptocurrency, bank transfer, Zelle, Cash App, and Venmo only. We do not process credit or debit cards on this site. You agree to:

• Send payment using one of the accepted methods after placing your order;
• Include your order number as the payment reference so we can match your payment;
• Understand that dispatch begins only after funds are confirmed, per our shipping policy.

Payments sent to any address or handle not provided by us in connection with your order are your responsibility and may not be recoverable.

Pricing and currency

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice, though changes do not affect orders already accepted. We aim for accuracy, but if a price or product detail is listed in error we may correct it and cancel any affected order, refunding any payment made.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Fulfilment, returns, and refunds are governed by our Shipping, Returns, and Refund policies, which form part of these Terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, product descriptions, and the compilation thereof — is the property of Peptide Labs or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Disclaimers

Products and site content are provided “as is” for research purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We make no medical, health, dosing, or therapeutic claims of any kind. You are responsible for determining a product’s suitability for your research.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peptide Labs and its officers and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from misuse or from use inconsistent with the research-use-only purpose. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which Peptide Labs is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be subject to the courts located in that State.
